Oh, ffs. After we've got the workaround almost completed (2 nice Oracle
functions and well on the way with adding split() to my String.cfc, the
damn thing works.

It never crossed my mind to update the bloody Oracle ODBC drivers. Guess
you never think of the obvious on 5 hours sleep.

Anyways, thank you for the suggestion and all your help -- really
appreciate it   :-)
