I can highly recommend www.plus.net. I have been using their 2mpbs fixed IP connection 
at home for the last 9 months. Uptime is great, I run my own mail server,web server, 
irc server etc and I've not had any problems once the initial configuration was 
sorted. Whenever I have contacted them for support I have always managed to get 
correspondence from equally technical guys who don't try and fob you off with crap 
excuses. They include all manner of things free such as  Fax2e-mail, 250MB of Web 
space, Web stats, MySQL/PHP/Perl etc. I can't recommend them highly enough. Also their 
service status is the best I have seen. It makes our own (Freeserve) look very poor 
indeed. Phew... That's about it.. Oh and the speed is fantastic.
