Recently it has been giving some intermittent problems with the WYSIWYG not appearing and plain Textarea containing the HTML with a Submit button. The intermittent has now got worse and it is now constant. I suspect this is it running in a form of "Safe Mode" as it can't download the applet, but now it seems to be doing it constantly.
