i think it may be, im not to sure, whenever i press submit, the page gets redirected to a searchengine page called www.perfectnav etc...., it may be how do i check if its an internal error, and would you know how to rectify it?
Sounds like you've mis-typed the domain name in the action of your form to something that doesn't exist and IE is kindly redirecting you to that search engine for you. As everyone else has said make sure you have the correct file name in the action of your form.
