reverse DNS lookup will give you that info, but it's generally quite useless. For example. You get an AOL user in the UK, but the ip address belongs to AOL USA. Which will be the case with a lot of ISP's, especially small ones, the ip will often belong to a parent company, a carrier, or another ISP altogether, and may not have any relation to the country the visitor is from. 2) that's sort of what we do - with the little flags. We could make it more obvious is suppose. The reason I'm asking is because a lot of our French clients don't notic it & it would be much easier to do it for them 3) that's the magic I'm looking for. I know it can be done as I have a French browser & when I go to the Microsoft site, all the text canges from English to French.
