Apply that...
Went through both gtk-window-decorator and emerald code.
I somehow assume, that the patches containing new "icon_pixbuf" are
neccessary, gtk-window-decorator is doing this also, and otherwise somehow
a lock is missing and thats probably a reference to a local variable.
The rest is mainly replacing deprecated gdk_* API, and some minor cleanup,
removind unused vars and simliar...
Please apply attached patch,
