Mouse position is wrong: if I point it on Close button then Maximize button is
highlighted. Right and bottom borders of window can not be captured for
resizing, but left and top ones can.
This bug had appeared suddenly - everything worked fine before. Now I have to
use kde-window-decorator which works ok.
