Items 1, 2, and 4 are issues with KDE, not really compiz. Item 3 all depends on how you've configured compiz to start. Nearly all the items have been discussed on the compiz-fusion forum ( http://forum.compiz-fusion.org ). I would suggest taking a look there for suggestions on how to resolve these issues (where possible), as this list is really for development issues, not support issues.
