Is there a mecanism for the moment which can guarantee the vertical
synchronisation when moving a window for example?

For a solution, what do you think of this (maybe I say stupidities) :
- compiz has a buffer, where it draws "only the area which has to change" (the
rest of the buffer stays unchanged)
- then, it copy this buffer to the buffer which is read by gpu to be
vertical-synchronized

So compiz doesn't need to redraw the entire screen...

(maybe that is already what happens, I don't know)
