When switching back from fullscreen mode, the window decoration misses all
(minimize/maximize/close/...) buttons.
All themes that use the vrunner engine are affected, it doesn't occure when
using any other themes.
It can be reproduced easily using a video application (I tried with MPlayer,
Kaffeine): switch to fullscreen mode and then back to window-mode.
I'm using version 0.7.8 (not 0.7.4, which is the highest selectable in
bugzilla).
