One thing I forgot saying: the project was based on menlow-lpia-moblin2 ---------- Forwarded message ---------- From: 吴永波 <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Date: 2008/9/27 Subject: Sth wrong when opening a Project termianl by MIC To: [email protected]
Hi list, On Ubuntu 8.04 system with all updates I installed MIC using the instructions on moblin.org at: http://moblin.org/documentation/install-and-run-image-creator After installing successfully, I add a new project with targets. However when I tried to open a terminal in project, a terminal was create with the following msg: su: warning: cannot change the directory to /root: No such file or directory -bash: /bin/hostname: no such file or directory -bash-3.2# the Project has not install hostname, so I tried to install it. But without /root dir I can not access .bashrc or .bash_profile which are supposed to be in /root dir, so I can't add http_proxy to access internet. what should I do? Any reply would be greately appreciated. -- Good luck and Saving cost!
