Hi Lisha, With the following repositories added to additional.repo file, I managed to successfully install several apps to my MID using 'pirut' (like synaptics) with should already be on your system.
[Livna for Fedora 7] enabled = 1 name = Livna for Fedora 7 baseurl = http://rpm.livna.org/fedora/7/i386/ [Fedora 7] mirrorlist = http://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/mirrorlist?repo=fedora-7&arch=i386 enabled = 1 name = Fedora 7 baseurl = http://fr2.rpmfind.net/linux/fedora/releases/7/Everything/i386/os/ [Fedora 7 updates] mirrorlist = http://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/mirrorlist?repo=updates-released-f7&arch=i386 enabled = 1 name = Fedora 7 updates baseurl = http://fr2.rpmfind.net/linux/fedora/updates/7/i386/ I do recommend looking at the dependences first, if it involves replacing major libs, don't do it. Also, if you don't have a means of replacing your OS, I recommend against this as you can easily break your OS.
