[opencontrail-dev] contrail-horizon contrail/Liberty-8.0.0 branch

Hi, I would like to contribute to contrail-horizon repo, I updated 
contrail-horizon to work with OpenStack Liberty release, there are mainly 
changes in networking_topology templates. I need you to create 
contrail/Liberty-8.0.0 branch to make my pull-request against it, thank you
