Hi Jakub, Cisco is sending Type 5 (IP Prefix) EVPN routes that we don’t support. Do you know if there is any way to configure IOS XR so it does generate IP/MAC (Type 2) EVPN routes instead?
As for the MPLS Label Stack set to 0 by Contrail, what version are you running?
