Hi,

Unfortunatly we still have customers on 3.11. And because OKD 4 architecture is 
a bit different it is almost
imposible to move them to OKD 4 in short period (as a support case).

I see that okd github 3.11 branch has some not released fixes. Any chance to 
assemble the latest 3.11 at least
? For example, looks like we do have an issue in prod which has a fix in a 
branch.
Any guides how to proceed with creating latest okd 3.11 distribution ? We could 
try to make it by our own.
