I think packages that depend on qt5-webengine and cannot be ported to QtWebKit --> https://wiki.parabola.nu/Porting_from_Qt_WebEngine_to_Qt_WebKit have 2 options: 1) To be blacklisted 2) To create a -legacy version in [libre] This, until there's a fully-free qt5-webengine replacement.
