It does. There's no flatpak support even if it's installed.
The only places where you could download packages are official repositories


However, there are some issues:

1) There's "https://archlinux.org/packages"; in "Vendor"
   section instead of "https://parabola.nu/packages";
2) Come blacklisted packages cannot be installed:
   "denemo" (blacklisted frescobaldi),
   "calibre3" (depends on python2)
3) iceweasel and icedove could be installed but:
    - discover shows them as firefox and thunderbird
    - "Launch" button doesn't work for them (probably due to ".desktop" name)

Patching backends/alpm/pk-alpm-update.c from packagekit [1]
will solve 1)
Removing "frescobaldi:denemo: ..." from blacklist.txt [2]
will solve 2)
Patching xmls from parabola-appstream-data will solve 3)

I'll probably solve 1) and 3) in a few days and put patches on pagure [3]

I haven't tried patching gnome-software but i could try if needed
