Client-side filtering for the epic fail. Thunderbird doesn't
auto-expunge. So, unless you close Thunderbird (and have "expunge on
exit) enabled, it will just hide the email in its frontend in the
meantime. Hiding it of course means that another IMAP client still
picks it up at the same time.
