I prepared a folder for plugins and translations from the archive plugin are already imported. I'll add the other plugins we have in SVN later on. It should be possible to pull in other sources, too. Once I figured out all the features of launchpad I'll let you know. The downside is that launchpad only accepts gettext files. I therefore created some converter scripts which translate between gettext and Roundcube format.
