I have an obvious guess about what this means. But I'd prefer the team
to point to the corresponding piece of the documentation on tizen.org.
Surely this change was documented? And probably announced?

I noticed that the origin/accepted/tizen/ivi of the kernel-x86-ivi
project is incorrect. It does not point to the kernel which is part of
the Tizen IVI images.

The thing is - Tracy reverted 3.12 kernel and we are back to 3.11.6 now
(at the OBS level), but the branch was _not_ updated. I cannot judge for
sure since I do not know about this feature, but it looks like a bug in
the system.
