It is imperfect system at the moment, it is true. It lacks of safety checks to prevent data inconsistency if person with superuser rights does changes directly in the system. :( > >Anyways, It is not my point to blame RE, I was more regretting about not >enough information about new features like this, and also wanted to >point to an inconsistency between manifest and the branch for my case. Thank you for pointing to that issue. This is valuable feedback before that feature can be marked as “production ready”. As I mentioned in previous mail, this feature is still marked as “experimental” and not yet ready to be widely used (e.g. there is no such branches for packages that are not changed recently). That’s why it was not announced nor suggested to be in active use at the moment. > >-- >Best Regards, >Artem Bityutskiy > > -- Best regards, Alexander Kanevskiy. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Intel Finland Oy Registered Address: PL 281, 00181 Helsinki Business Identity Code: 0357606 - 4 Domiciled in Helsinki This e-mail and any attachments may contain confidential material for the sole use of the intended recipient(s).
