Hello Patrick,
Well, we need to know who get the control of the Bluetooth keyboard.
It should be associated to a *seat* (and a seat should be at least
associated to a user ("guest" included).)
On Tizen We can access to Bluetooth only under Core API .
Bluetooth-service deamon should manage each CAPI calls.
By this way, it could manage the pairing for each user
