Another example where updating scm/meta/git does not seem to have had an effect is the cleanup of "Social & Content" in https://review.tizen.org/gerrit/#/c/27048/ and a more recent review request for contacts-service in https://review.tizen.org/gerrit/#/c/27753/ According to my understanding, the latter should have had Samsung's maintainers added as default reviewers because they are listed for "Social & Content / PIM", to which contacts-service belongs.
