Could it be solved by adding 'Obsoletes: libgdm' to the spec for mesa-libgdm? The error from submission will not occur after request is accepted, as old rpm file will be removed. Also the error that I encountered will not occur until the submit is accepted, so the patch from first message is still required. To fix error in submission temporarily add 'Prefer: mesa-libgbm' to all non-emulator repos in prjconf.
