Ok, I understand. I deleted my official address mail under my other Gerrit accounts. Can you re-try to add me in the ACLs please ?
Let me know if you encounter a problem.

Best regards,

Nicolas

I still can't do the changes that I 'd like to. It seems that it doesn't
change anything. I saw that the domain file of the scm/meta/git package
has been updated with my mail account for the platform/base domain,
which is good. But concretly, when I click on the "Groups" link of my
gerrit account, I am not referenced as a maintener of the the
Platform/base domain. What is the problem ? Are you sure the problem is
solved ?
it is solved for people who doesn’t have same email address registered for
multiple user names.

your email is not possible to uniqly associate with userid, because it’s
listed for multiple users in the system.

this is what Gerrit returns if I try to fetch user object for adding to
group based on information in files:

gerritrest.get_account("[email protected]")
None

and here is what I see in Gerrit database for your email:

  select account_id from accounts where
preferred_email='[email protected]’;
+------------+
account_id
+------------+
      3149
      5316
+------------+
2 rows in set (0.00 sec)

So, to properly add you to ACLs, it must be solved that inconsistency and
ambiguity in the email /userid mappings.

Here are some information of my gerrit account to use if it can help :

username : nzingile
mail : [email protected]
please login with your another account and make sure (in email preferences
in gerrit) that this email address is not used for old account.

Sasha,

Could you sync all the changes please ? it's really a blocking issue
that
increase integration time

I’ve synced most of the items, however for your particular case, it
would
require fixes from your side.
You have two different accounts in Gerrit that has same email address
[email protected].
This never would work. Please, make sure that only one of your accounts
uses that email.

As I know, the scm/meta/git -> gerrit syncing scripts has a broken
issue recently. Whenever it’s back Sasha will sync all the changes.

Is there an issue tracker entry for this failure?

At present, it’s not part of official projects, but we will do later.

But for any urgent permission request, I would like the admins or
superusers(domain architects) can modify the gerrit setting directly
through web UI, according the change of scm/meta/git of course.

How can default reviewers be set via the web UI?

Add somebody into the specific groups of the git corresponding
domain/subdomain, as reviewer or maintainer.
