on a reduce file system is a real value add.

can always be enable via a simple link in Tizen.
Obviously the correct use of the rpm macro is to be preferred.
No doubt about that. However, we need to walk before we can fly. Using
the proposed path change would get us moving. Adapting Tizen .spec files
to be more path-independent or enabling new use cases (like booting with
a reduced file system) then can follow later.
Lets us a link so we can walk and keep the cleaning job started by Ronan
using the correct macro in the Spec files.
