You just need to flash boot and wayland images with lthor. But if you have 
Tizen 2.x on RD-PQ, then you may need to change partition layout before 
flashing:

4.0 kernel (platform/kernel/linux-exynos) will work. It will also work on 
other Odroids and RD-PQ (with one config, only device tree differs). There may 
be some problems with u-both though. There is article on wiki, but I haven't 
tried it:
