According to the information that I found out in scm/meta/git you are
the maintainers of Ofono in the Tizen Project.
At the moment the version of Ofono in Tizen Common is 1.15 so it is
outdated. Version 1.16 or newer is need to support u-blox cellular
modules. I have reported the issue in JIRA:

I did my best to update it but only maintainers have the rights to do it
properly. Anyway, I have generated 80 change requests which are pending
for a review in Gerrit: https://review.tizen.org/gerrit/#/c/52838/1
Could you please properly update and synchronize Ofono to version 1.16
or 1.17?
