In terms of the podling file and red section:
Licensing

   - No IP Clearance Filed (or invalid ipClearance entry)
   - No Software Grant Filed (or invalid sga entry)
   - No Release Yet/Missing ASF Copyright Headers on Source Code
   - No Release Yet/Binary has licensing issues


I think that I need guidance on where to address these issues - they are
likely false findings that just need correction.
Perhaps due to the age of the podling?
