WRT words, IIRC Apache only has top-level projects (for example,
Apache Logging Services, Apache Commons, Apache HttpComponents),
within that you can have components, not other projects, for example,
Apache Log4j, Apache Commons IO, Apache HttpComponents HttpCore.
