It looks like moin moin has this refresh command to do this. I tried it and it did not seem to work. I had second thoughts anyway though. Sometimes those old pages still have some info the new page doesn't have, or some historical information. I think the SolrCloud page might be a bit like that. So for consistencies sake, and that I kind of dislike auto redirects, I added some colorful fat warnings and links to the doc values and solrcloud wiki pages. Hard to miss, and leaves the user in control of his browser.
I'm sure something like it should be on many other pages.
