I'm going to undeprecate the dataimporthandler long form variable-resolver
namespace, as I don't think it hurts us to support it, and removing it causes
test failures that are completely inexplicable until you realise that
resolution silently fails to execute properly. If this really needs to be
deprecated, then variable resolution should be updated to throw an error when
it encounters an unrecognised namespace.
