Hi,

For me it worked, maybe Europe is a better location for downloads from 
people.a.o. With Java 7 and Java 8 tested, I got the following result:

        SUCCESS! [2:33:21.113312]

I also did some manual checks of documentation and Solr artifacts under Windows 
with whitespace in user name (no adoption to my Lucene apps - too much work).

Finally,
My vote is:
        +1 to release!
