Is this still needed? If this was a "node" controller which monitors the JVM
process for crashes/freeze/OOM and restart it, that would be valuable. Also, if
the agent could configure itself from ZK and dynamically know what services to
stop/start on that particular host, and with what startup parameters, then we
could use ZK as a cluster topology truth, to decide on which nodes to
automatically start ZK, Solr and any other app needed...
