If moving zkcli.sh to bin/, perhaps we can mature the script a bit as well?
* Avoid unzipping {{solr.war}}, could we instead use a custom classloader that
looks inside the war?
* Get rid of {{log4j.properties}} by programmatically setting console logging
defaults
* Look in {{solr.in.sh}} for {{ZK_HOST}} and use that as default - one less
thing to re-type
