Otherwise do you have an opinion about the extra folder solr-webapp/webapp. We
should remove the inner webapp folder, I just did not do this, because I have
no idea which scripts are affected by this. I wanted to look into that later or
in a separate commit. I just wanted to get rid of the WAR completely.
