This reference guide page, which is where I hoped to find existing
documentation for upgrading Solr, is essentially equivalent to CHANGES.txt:

I'm envisioning a general set of instructions, with notes/outtakes/something
detailing different things a user should do at specific points if specific 5.x
releases require different instructions.
For scripting, I don't know if it should be an additional feature of the
install_server.sh script, or a separate script entirely.
