The smoke tester is upset at my RC0 because I used Ant 1.9.x. And the ReleaseTodo says:
"This expects you to use ant-1.8.x to build the artifacts. So, ensure that you have ant-1.8.x is installed and that is there in the path when you run the following commands." It's fine, I can redo with Ant 1.8.x, but, does anyone remember why we do this? If it's for a reason that's no longer relevant I'd rather remove this check ...
