Right. I think the ideal thing, assuming it's useful to maintain an OOTB set
of run configurations, is for {{ant idea}} to merge the OOTB set into the
user's workspace.xml rather than just copying over it. You could manually do
that, too, but it's probably easier just to re-create them.
