Attachment: SOLR-5944.patch
Combined Justin's fixes, Hoss' fixes and Noble's fixes (which were already
there), updated to master and committed to the solr_5944 branch
(https://github.com/chatman/lucene-solr/tree/solr_5944). Attached the patch for
the same here.
