Thanks Adrien for the prompt response!
I was thinking the release note was generated automatically from Jira, but now 
it is clear.
I guess now we are in a sort of inconsistency and adding to the 
solr/CHANGES.txt will not help.

What about the cwiki ? Should we add the committer involved in that, in the 
conversation ?
I created the documentation draft in the old wiki, but I have no priviledge to 
add it to the new cwiki.
