I'm looking at the patch and It seems that {{ForceLeaderTest}} is failed with
the patch. The reason for that problem is when we close SocketProxy for none
leader node, these nodes can still talk to the leader node ( I think this is
big problem for our jetty proxy stuff, right? ), so if they being putted into
lir down, they still can run recovery successfully and become active.
