[~caomanhdat] - yea, ForceLeaderTest was one of the ones that was failing for
me. A node still able to recover when it shouldn't would make sense, but I
don't really understand how the proxy stuff works enough to debug it or know
how to fix it. Is the right path to rip the proxy stuff out and kill nodes some
other way?
