Noticed that on that check if it hits the follower it gets 2 docs, and if it
hits the leader it gets 0. This seems pretty consistent. Adding a 10s sleep
like suggested in SOLR-10562 doesn't fix the problem. Based on this, it feels
like it _should_ fail 50% of the time, but I'm definitely not seeing that.
The good news is that that is the only failure I'm seeing in {{solr/core}}
tests now, so I'm hoping it's a test issue and not a code issue for me.
