Once SOLR-10807's objective of getting FooPointField usage randomized in every
test config is in place, we should consider removing the explicit
FooPointFields that are configured in these schemas, and either remove the
associated fields/dynamicfields or update them to use the randomized
equivilents.
In many cases, these types/fields are usedin tests that loop over a list of
field names, or will otherwise be redundantly testing points fields multiple
times.
