The new "_default" configset (SOLR-10272) has a testing copy at
{{solr/core/src/test-files/solr/configsets/_default/}} - there is a test that
checks that the two are in sync:
{{TestConfigSetsAPI.testUserAndTestDefaultConfigsetsAreSame()}}.
