Added updated patch.
* The caching behaviour is now controlled by group.cache.percent=[0-100]. This 
percentage is relative to maxdoc. A value of 0 will disable group caching and 
the default is 20.
* Added hits to log as requested in SOLR-2337. This will add hits also when 
group.main is not true.
