I see {{<SizeBasedTriggeringPolicy size="4 MB"/>}} in
{{solr/server/resources/log4j2.xml}} instead of the new defaults in SOLR-11957.
Also, what is the equivalent of the old {{MaxBackupIndex}} parameter and where
is it configured in the new scheme of things?
