Cassandra Targett resolved SOLR-13379.

Resolution: Invalid
The Jira system is not a support portal; we request that users use the
solr-user mailing list for questions such as these instead. Information on how

When you send a message to the list, please include more information than you
have here. Anyone able to help you will need to know what sort of autoscaling
policy you have configured, how you're adding the new node to the cluster, and
what you do see happening. You'll have a higher likelihood of a reply if you
provide that information in the mail to the list.
