It is a branch in my git fork. See the PR I added to 13662 but it is hopelessly
out of sync with master.. There was not much interest in the POC and it was too
big an effort for me to run alone. Happy to help bring parts of it into the
current package effort. I’m particularly happy with the package discovery,
download and dependency handling of the POC.
